The construction of Gardens Recindences in the Tashkent City complex is one of the best residential building projects, including 1,200 apartments, 6 hectares of underground parking and 6 hectares of landscaping in the center of Tashkent. The United Building company was heavily involved in the construction of this project. The general contractor of the construction is Discover Invest.

Brick and gas-block masonry of residential blocks of about 100,000 pieces.
Installation of metal structures in the amount of 15 tons.
Installation of a roof for parapets made of galvanized sheet 5000m.
The duration of our cooperation at this facility is 2 years. A noteworthy fact is that the United Building company completed one third of the monolithic part of the parking lot and half of the landscaping of this facility. Our cooperation has been fruitful, despite the quarantine restrictions of 2020 in Uzbekistan.
