The customer of this construction is GOLDEN HOUSE, and the general contractor is YANGI ZAMON BINO. To date, our team has fully completed the comprehensive finishing works of the 16-storey residential building N7.

After the successful handover of the 16-storey residential building, we were entrusted with the premium finishing works of the 5-storey clubhouse of the "INFINITY" residential complex, which is scheduled for completion in February 2025. At the time of signing the contract with the customers, this clubhouse was the most expensive property in Tashkent.

A complex of construction, finishing and engineering works was carried out as part of the project. The structures were concreted on an area of 90 m2 using 19 tons of reinforcement to ensure strength and reliability. The masonry works with a volume of 76 m3 were completed, as well as the facade cladding with an area of 276 m2. The interior decoration included the laying of marble, the installation of floors on an area of 127 m2 and the finishing of walls with a total area of 435 m2, including a separate area of 33 m2. Work has been carried out on the installation of ceilings on an area of 361 m2, as well as the installation of plasterboard structures on an area of 720 m2. A full cycle of plumbing work has been completed, including pipe laying and equipment installation.
