In November 2023, our company had the honour of being invited to the tender for the monolithic works of the "SOY BOYI" residential complex by the developer MURAD BUILDING. During the tender, our company won with the most attractive prices and approach to the project. Many of our partners took part in the development, including the formwork manufacturer PERI. At this stage, concrete works on four blocks and the parking area with a volume of 26,000 m3 are in full swing. The "SOY BOYI" residential complex project consists of 11 residential blocks with its own embankment area, underground parking and many shared facilities such as a bakery, event spaces, a dry cleaner, children's rooms and playgrounds. Another feature of this project is the high strength of the structure, where all internal walls are built of concrete.
