Monolithic works in the residential complex "SOY BOYI"

In November 2023, our company was honored to invite the monolithic works of the SOY boy residential complex from the developer of Murad BUILDING to tender competitions. During the bidding process, our company won with the most attractive prices and development approach. At this stage, the concrete works of four blocks and a parking lot with a volume of 26,000 M3 are in dense operation. < SOY boy > the residential complex project consists of 11 residential blocks with its own waterfront zone, underground parking, and many shared use zones : bakery, event venues, dry cleaning, children's rooms, and grounds. Another distinctive feature of this project is the high strength of the structure, in which all interior walls are built of concrete.
