The past years have been a period of growth for United Building. We completed the monolithic works at the Soy Bo'yi residential complex, with a total volume of more than 26,000 m³ of concrete, delivered the premium fit-out of the common areas at Nest One and handed the project over before the New Year. In 42 days we built the Golden Lake sales office — from site preparation and earthworks to utilities, facade and finishing. We won the tender for the premium fit-out at Regnum Plaza.
At Medion Sport, our first project as a general contractor, we installed the first artificial surfing wave in Central Asia, FlowRider. We then won the tender for the restoration of a heritage building on Amir Temur Square — our second project as a general contractor.
